Plot Summary

On the orders of a corrupt general, Ethan Kelly (Cole Hauser, Good Will Hunting) heads to Chicago to infiltrate the firm of one of the city’s most notorious attorneys and power brokers – Marty Abrams (Richard Schiff, The West Wing). But he quickly learns that Marty’s dealings extend from the boardroom into the dangerous world of one of the city’s most feared gangs.

Convinced that Ethan holds the key to her survival, Grace Travis (Thandie Newton, ER) goes rogue again, teaming up with this shrewd operative to bring down the people who murdered her son. But, when a reporter on the brink of discovering the depths of Marty’s corruption winds up dead, seemingly separate incidences are intertwined and ultimately reveal a powerful conspiracy linking corporate empires to the seedy side of the streets.

The dramatic and gripping series returns for Season 4 as Ethan moves back to San Francisco to slay his ghosts and seek redemption. But helping out Ray's ex-addict younger brother soon puts him in the sights of a vicious, corrupt cop Casey Oaks (Neal McDonough, Suits). When Ethan fights back, he's dragged into a hellish labyrinth of criminality and betrayal involving the police, a Fortune 500 company, and the Federal government itself. This will prove his toughest challenge yet. And Patrick (Sergio Di Zio, Flashpoint) is on Mia's trail, hell-bent on seeking justice for the murder of his former partner Harper (Sarah Carter, The Vow). Joining the cast is Meaghan Rath (New Girl) as Clea Annou, a sharp San Francisco police detective with relentless dedication to her job and her family.
