Los Angeles – February 27, 2017 – John Morayniss, Chief Executive Officer, Entertainment One Television (eOne Television) today announced the appointment of Gary Gradinger to the role of Executive Vice President, Global Business and Legal Affairs, eOne Television.

Gradinger will bring his extensive expertise to oversee Business and Legal Affairs for the leading independent studio’s Television group. From eOne’s Los Angeles office, he will direct activities for the global Television business, which encompasses development, production, acquisition, international co-production and distribution.

Gradinger comes to eOne with more than twenty years of wide-ranging experience in the television industry, most recently working with Lionsgate Television and Lionsgate Digital Studios. Prior to that, Gradinger served as EVP, Business and Legal Affairs for Viacom’s Comedy Central and TV Land, where he oversaw and managed the business and legal affairs activities and led negotiations and production legal across all genres for marquee series including South Park, The Daily Show, Inside Amy Schumer, and Workaholics. Gradinger’s previous experience also includes Fox 21, where he ran the business and legal affairs department, including negotiating the initial agreements for Showtime’s Homeland series, and United Talent Agency, where as Head of Television Business Affairs for seven years, he directed the agency's television business affairs department, including its television packaging agreements.
